How do I place my first order?
Employees can create an account to place an order (to help with tracking, purchase
history, and shipping preference). Preferably they will place their order with
their MacMiller email address (to help with communication and employee verification).
When will my order arrive?
Pretty darn fast – within 5 business days, if not sooner. Of course, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at check out.
Can I place a special order?
Yes - our vendor, Swagger, can accept special order items like custom embroidery, but note that it will take longer to produce as a result. Go HERE to place an inquiry.
How will I know if my order was placed?
Order Confirmations will be sent via email once your order is submitted. You’ll
receive an email confirmation with your order details and shipping location.
Can I return items?
Sadly, we cannot do returns. But if you need to swap out a size, we can help. Email company.store@macmiller.com with the specifics and order details and we can assist.
What payment methods are accepted?
Personal credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card) MacMiller specific GL and Job Codes can be used to purchase items at checkout.
I want to charge an order to a GL and/or specific job number. Can I do that?
Yes – All MackRack2.0 items that are not purchased with a personal credit card can
be charged to a team Job Code. To keep the store as friendly as possible for everyone to use, each GL short-code defaults to the supply code for the listed department. If you’ve been given a job number for this order, please enter the text field section of the payment information.
